Monumental, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates julianwhatley.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your options.

What We Collect

  • Newsletter subscribers: email address and optional first name
  • Premium members: email, password (hashed, never stored in plaintext), and payment details processed by Stripe (we never store your card number or CVV)
  • Inquiry form: your name, email, inquiry type, and message (delivered via email, not stored in a database)
  • Automatically: anonymized usage data via Google Analytics 4, including page views and general location; standard server logs via our hosting provider

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to deliver newsletter and premium content, manage membership accounts and billing, respond to inquiries, and understand how visitors use the site. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing (PCI DSS compliant), Supabase for data storage and authentication, Resend for email delivery, Google Analytics 4 for site analytics (uses cookies), and Vercel for hosting. Each service has its own privacy policy governing your data.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe via the link in any email. Premium members can cancel their subscription through their account settings.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
